Due to liability reasons and for the privacy and relaxation of clients, please no children.
With few exceptions, only the guest receiving the treatment is allowed in the lounge (no multiple guests).
Any Yelp promos or vouchers are subject to one per client, once a year, no exceptions.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
24 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.
No show, late cancellation, or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge of the cost of your missed appointment in order to re-book your next appointment.
Returns/Exchanges
I want you to love your products, so 30 day returns and exchanges are welcome minus a 10% restocking fee.
Services are exempt of refunds.
To ensure a favorable outcome, I conduct a thorough consultation where your honest feedback is required.
Prescribed home care with quality professional products is required to see improvements, but desired outcomes cannot be guaranteed 100%.
